Spinach Dip

1 package Knorr Vegatable Soup Mix
1 package frozen chopped spinach (make sure it's chopped not whole)
16 oz sour cream (reduced fat if desired)
8 oz mayonaise (reduced fat if desired)
1 can water chestnuts

Thaw spinach, drain and squeeze all excess water out of it.

Chop water chestnuts into small pieces

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Refridgerate for at least an hour.

Goes great with sourdough bread and veggies.
