Ingredients
- Chicken thighs (boneless skinless)
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh Ginger (minced)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- sesame seeds
- scallions
Directions
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, brown sugar, sesame seeds and scallions to a plastic bag or other storage container.
- Add chicken and mix up
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably all day
- Grill until chicken is cooked through
